E-Mail Queuing Service
While managing your own mail-server in house has more than enough benefits to justify the investment, there are some additional precautions that should be taken. Many customers don't realize that when hosting mail in-house, their mail availability is only as good as their connection to the Internet or the server which they run the mail server application on.

During periods of Internet outage or server downtime, mail destined for your business can potentially be returned or rejected which confuses the sender. TRM offers a mail backup queuing service that steps in when you r server becomes unavailable. It will catch any mail destined for your business during these outtages for up to 5 business days and then automatically deliver them to your main server once it comes back online. This service is available for a minimal annual fee to all TRM customers.
